Free Weekly Meal Planner
Deciding what to eat every day is one of those small stresses that adds up. Multiply it by the number of people in your household and it becomes a real time drain. This Meal Planner was built to take that friction out of the week. Set your cycle to 7 or 14 days, browse from over 30 preset recipes with approximate calories and macros already filled in, or type in your own favorites. Hit Fill Week to auto-populate every empty slot, or Shuffle to mix things up if the routine is getting stale.
Presets and Flexibility
The preset library includes common breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks with approximate nutrition data. You are not locked into presets though. Every field is editable, so you can swap in your own meals, adjust the calories, or add notes like "use leftover chicken" or "double portion for guests." The planner adapts to how you eat, not the other way around.
Planning for Families
Whether you are meal prepping solo or planning dinners for a family of six, the workflow is the same. Add meals for the whole household and adjust portions to match. The daily calorie and macro summaries help you sanity-check totals at a glance, and the Fill Week and Shuffle features save time when you are feeding multiple people with different preferences.
Save, Export, and Import
Save your meal plan to your browser for quick access on return visits. Export the full plan as a CSV file for use in Excel, Google Sheets, or to share with your partner, nutritionist, or meal prep service. Import a previously exported CSV to restore your plan on any device.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I plan meals for the week?
Each day starts with four meal slots: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snack. Type in your own meals or click the browse button to pick from over 30 preset recipes with calories and macros already filled in. Use Fill Week to auto-populate every empty slot at once.
What does the Shuffle button do?
Shuffle randomizes your filled meals across the week while keeping meal types in their slot. Breakfasts stay in breakfast slots, dinners stay in dinner slots. It is a quick way to add variety without re-entering everything.
Can I plan meals for my whole family?
Yes. Add meals for the whole household, adjust portions and calories to match your family size, and use the daily calorie and macro summaries to keep everyone on track.
Can I export my meal plan?
Yes. Export your entire meal plan as a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets. You can also import a previously exported CSV to restore your plan on any device.
Is my meal plan data private?
Yes. Everything runs in your browser. Your plan is saved to local storage only and never uploaded to any server. Use CSV export as a backup.
