This grocery list tool keeps the simplicity of typing items one by one while adding the features that actually matter when you are walking through a store: tap to check off, organize by aisle, and see what is left at a glance.
Add Items in Seconds
Type an item name and press Enter. That is the entire workflow. Quantity and category are there if you want them, but they are never required. The tool is designed so that adding an item takes exactly one action — the same as typing in a notes app, but with structure.
Organize by Store Aisle
Optionally assign a category like Produce, Dairy, Meat, Frozen, or Pantry. Items with categories are grouped together under section headers so you can shop aisle by aisle instead of zigzagging through the store. If you never set a category, items display in a flat list — no pressure.
Check Off As You Shop
Tap the checkbox next to any item to mark it as done. Checked items get crossed out and move to the bottom of the list so your remaining items stay front and center. When you are done shopping, tap "Clear Checked" to remove everything you bought and keep the rest for next time.
Drag to Reorder
Grab the handle on any item and drag it to a new position. Put the most important items at the top or arrange them in the order you walk through the store. The order sticks when you save.
Save, Export, and Share
Your list auto-saves to your browser so it is there when you come back. Export as a CSV file to share with your partner, roommate, or caregiver. Import a CSV to restore a list on a new device.
